When you do Sleep-You Dream Horrific Nightmares and can’t stay Asleep!
Meds are needed to put You to Sleep. Meds are needed to Keep You Asleep.
You Fear Associating with a Crowd of People; and yet, You Fear being Alone!
I am Lucky. I found an Angel. She cares enough for me to Talk and Keep me Company Long Distance! We Talk every day and it Helps Me!
If Not For Her-My Days Would Be A Lot Darker Than They Already Are!
Meds are also needed to Stop You from going Crazy. You Shake, so Meds are Taken to Stop That!
Many of Us; Came Home from The Wars with P.T.S.D.
Our Countrymen Need to Understand: that; We need Help and, Not Fear Us!
We Loved Our Country enough to Fight for It, All We ask for is, a Little Love Back!
To many of My Brothers Commit Suicide because of this Terrible Condition.
Some wind up in Prison and some In Mental Hospitals!
In reality; all We Need is Patience, Care, Friendship, Love, Understanding and, Most of All-An Angel Like Mine!
P.T.S.D. is Not Contagious, so Please Don’t Shun Us, Do Help Us!
