I Am A Soldier

I am a Soldier of the US Army,

and a proud defender of my Country!

Day and night,

I will fight!

If I must die for her,

my Country’s freedom will remain secured!

Never will I admit defeat,

nor will this Soldier retreat!

I’ll stay in this Country God Forsaken,

until our enemy’s defeat has been taken!

I will do what I have too,

to protect the Red-White and Blue!

And finally when I come home,

My Countrymen will say welcome!

Job well done,

America’s proud son!
