Once upon a time,
you could’ve been mine!
With your red hair,
my heart couldn’t bare,
to not hold you on my lap!
Your little hands would clap,
as we played “Pat a Cake Bakers man,
pat a Cake as fast as you Can”!
For all who could see,
you belonged to me!
But life took a different path
and it didn’t last!
But You’ll always be mine,
in this man’s mind!
