Where are all the young men going?
Like Peter-Paul-and Mary sang,
they’ve gone Soldiering,
every one!
Many are not retuning,
they’re dying!
The song sings true,
graveyards they’re going to!
Upon the graves grow flowers,
and young girls pick them!
I long for the hour,
that the wars will end!
